Return & Refund Policy (For Custom & Bulk Orders)
Thank you for choosing us. Because our products are primarily customized based on specific project requirements and manufactured in bulk, our return policy differs from standard retail stores.
1. Cancellation & Returns for Custom Orders

No Cancellation After Production Starts: Once a customized or bulk wholesale order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

No Returns for Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized products, personalized items, or bulk orders unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
2. Damages and Quality Issues During Shipping
We understand that transport can be unpredictable. We stand behind our quality and offer the following protections:

7-Day Inspection Window: Please inspect all items immediately upon arrival. Any damage, shortages, or defects must be reported to us at yue@xiyuejiaju.com within 7 days of delivery.

Required Evidence: To process a claim, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the outer packaging (with the shipping label visible) and the specific damaged parts.
3. Solutions for Defective or Damaged Items
Once the damage or defect is verified by our engineering team, we will provide the following solutions depending on the situation:

Free Replacements: We will manufacture and ship replacement parts (such as replacement mirrors, hardware, or cabinet components) at no extra cost to you.

Partial Refund/Compensation: If the issue does not affect the overall installation or use, we can negotiate a partial refund as compensation.
